Title: Reasors Listens.....cool!
Post by: zstyles on July 31, 2008, 09:30:03 AM
Well about a month and a half ago I called Reasors corporate office about a product that I couldn't find in the store - Greek Gods Greek Yogurt...so about 2 weeks ago I got a call back from the purchasing manager letting me know that they had "struck a deal with the company and it should be in all the the stores shortly"...went last night...sure enough was on the shelf...its also priced less than what its sold for at Pyramid and Petty's...so win win!

I also called Target about the same thing...got some high school kid on the phone and he said that he thinks that it isn't in stock(had no clue what i was talking about)he said that i could talk to the head office in new york city if I needed too...

Good to know that local customer service is still around!

I emailed Reasor's asking them to carry International Delight Sugar Free Hazelnut Creamer and never got a response. Hasn't shown up in the store either. I would do all my shopping there if they would have that one item. We are addicted to the stuff and buy two or three at a time!

I have made requests directly to the store manager and they get it in.  It might take a few weeks.  Personal requests directly to the store manager seem to be very effective.

I also made a specific request to Reasor's and was told they would not/could not carry the product (milk - I am lactose intolerant).  I would do all my shopping at Reasors, but now I have to split my time with Walmart...since they are the ONLY store I know to carry this brand of milk.

BUMMER cause walmart is the devil.

My best advise is to email corporate - and / call them..I did both...very friendly people and very willing to listen to what I wanted -

Reasor's To Build New Grocery Store (FINALLY A NEWER AND CLEANER STORE IN JENKS)

TAHLEQUAH, OK, JUNE 20, 2008: Reasor's announces plans to build a new and larger grocery store in Jenks, Oklahoma. The new store will open in the spring of 2009 and employ over 200 people. It will be located just one block south at 101st and Elm and will replace the existing store in Jenks.

At 80,000 square feet, the new store is almost one third larger in size and will offer conveniences such as floral department, digital photo lab, drive-up pharmacy and online shopping. Also its offerings will include expanded service meat, bakery and deli departments with a larger variety in prepared meals. More checkout lanes, wider aisles, and a larger selection of organic, natural and specialty foods will make a great shopping experience for area residents.

Jeff Reasor, President and CEO, said "Reasor's wants to maintain its reputation as an innovator in providing state of the art shopping and convenience for our customers - both existing and prospective."

Reasor's was founded over 45 years ago in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. It was family owned until 2007, when Reasor's became an employee owned company. Today, Reasor's has 15 locations and employs over 3,000 people in Northeastern Oklahoma.
