My tentative plan is to be there with child and wife around 5. Drop child off at Tae Kwon Do and come back to finish my beer until 7, when I have to pick the child up. Then go to the TU game and chant "one more year" for Jordan to stay another year. I will consume more beer during half time at the Collective. Followed by evening wind down beers at home.
So it is written. Now all I need to do is convince the wife to drive.
It's that time again. April Fools Day is also April Happy Hour!
Okay, I usually complain, because I meet with friends on Wednesday night, but no complaining from me this time! I'll be there at 5 and stay at least until 6:30. After that, I have to meet up with friends again. LOL
I won't get there till probably right at or just after 6:30. Got a date w/ one of my daughters before that.

Heading that way! See you all there!
Hey, I enjoyed talking with you all last night. The beer was good, the appetizers were yummy, even after they cooled off, and I enjoyed meeting Michael and a man henceforth known as "the Hawaiian".
JoeMomma, you're so laid back to be a restauranteur. Tighten up man!

I am glad to met the Hawaiian. I know have a place to start next time I start an Ocean's 11 heist group. Maybe "The Hawaiin", The Waterboy, The Drizzle (Waterboy and Drizzle aren't related).
Oooh, and the suckers that didn't go missed their chance to try Choc Brewing Companies new beer for FREE.
American White Ale.
Damn good.

Some of the suckers that did go missed their chance too. :P
I didn't get that was a White Ale. Now I know why it's familiar, that's also Sam Adams seasonal and it's got a slight orangy-thing going on. That is one beer from Choc that I actually like. Still no comparison to my beloved Marshall's Wheat though.
I have to agree. The Choc was fine but the Marshall's Wheat was excellent. All I needed was a good cigar and a bad woman ;D
Tomorrow is another Happy Hour... and the first ever "Lasagna Night" at Joe Mommas
