What is going on with the property between Troost and Utica, just south of 14th? Several lots have temporary sprinkler systems over green grass and the 14th/Utica corner has a couple of new tent-store operations (Under the Sun and now a fruit stand). What is the zoning? Any info about development?

I think that is going to be the new location for a "Chuck E. Cheez" and a miniature "Golf Course"...

Zoning is OH and owned by Bumgarner ..

Going to be a medical office building or something like that.

I thought it was going to be a new home for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
