"The first ever Rock 'N Rib Fest! Aug. 17-20 a the BOK Center!"

Anybody know what this is going to be?

August 17 - 20th

OK, now TulsaNow, Dontowntulsa, and oklahoma tourism have tweeted it

Hopefully it's more on Third Street and less on Frisco. Is it really a festival if there's zero possibility of a passerby seeing it?
