So, start bashing Pelosi, Guido et al. Have at her: " She said that, among other things, eliminating the exemption will allow the federal government to investigation collusion and price-fixing among insurers."  More laws to oppress our fellow corporation persons?

It won't pass the Senate and Oklahoma Senaturds will no doubt protect the anti-trust exemption for insurers and medical malpractice companies... perfect. It's gonna be a great November everywhere but here.

I have done little research on this aspect of healthcare reform so I have no opinion.  I am curious though. If there is price fixing and collusion, why can't the government investigate that now? I mean, I know what "anti-trust" is, but does the anti-trust exemption expressly permit those activities?  I will look into it and get educated.
