....there's no mention of it whatsoever on the Tulsa City-County Library site!  Has Banned Book Week been banned in Oklahoma?

Maybe it was taken over by the Pentagon, following their book burning earlier...

It's still in effect at the TCC library, but not on their websit.  Perhaps it just isn't mentioned online.
