Excellent Living Social deal. 1/2 off KEO on Peoria. I haven't been there yet, but I bought this and am going this weekend.

Gets you $16 worth of food for $8 or $30 worth of food for $15.
Thanks for the heads up. Got one. I enjoy the food at KEO.
I had lunch with my daughter there today. I had the ahi burger, she had the green papaya salad. Both were excellent.

ahi burger? Please tell!!
Served with taro root fries and a really good aioli. It's actually more like a patty, not a filet, still freaking awesome.

You had me at ahi.
They are not on there right now But they pup up on http://www.restaurant.com/ a few times a year. Went twice last year, both during 80% off deals, so got $25 worth of food for $2 (please note you had to buy $50 worth of food, so that's still only $27 for a $50 tab.

Hey, stay away from those Fukishima Burgers...
They might open a new concept at 91st and Yale behind QT...so, I have heard.

Isn't that a kind of Tuna?
Yes, more specifically yellow fin tuna.

Everything we had was good. I love creative Asian fusion foods, but nothing was excellent.
The spring rolls were bland and the portions were small. The peanut sauce cannot compare with Bamboo Thai or Re Lei. It was more like peanut butter.
The use of fresh herbs and ingredients was great, but the flavors were all a bit washed out. I had a green curry that was delightful, but the tofu was too soft, and the chicken was sparse. The best ingredient was the egg plant. The curry was more like a soup than the hearty curries I adore.
My wife had one of the specialty (chicken) burgers, and it was good. I liked the taro fries and sriracha mayo. Good but not anything I would travel across town to order.
The house martini was very nice.
Glad we had a Living Social coupon. Everything was good, but I doubt we would return or take any of our foodie friends.
FMC had the green curry and really enjoyed it. I've been pretty happy with everything else I've tried so far. But I have to agree on your account of the spring rolls and peanut sauce- nothing special there.

Got really spoiled by Thai Village on 81st and lewis and Bamboo Thai on the Green Curry. KEO's was good, but more of a soup and less intense. I wouldn't order it again.
Going to have to try Thai Village based on that recommendation.
