FYI, drove by a few days ago sign was up and work looked about finished, I must admit they do make a great sandwhich from what I've had in OKC...

Their website actually indicates they are opening two in Tulsa. No location info disclosed.
And when you say "71st and Hell", where is that? Could be the "Moron Mile", or may be "Moron Mile West"...
The other one is going into the old Cardigans location at 111th and Memorial. Next to Charlies's chicken.

Tell me about it. Nah, don't bother. I don't try to go anywhere anytime around noon to 2:00 Saturday or Sunday.

The one on 71st is going into a space in the strip mall next to Qdoba that has had so many tenants, it should have a revolving door.

They should go ahead and issue the Groupon and Living Social deals, pay the lease cancellation penalty, and get it over with.

You need to save that sentence, for I believe that exact sentence can be applied many more times over the coming years.

I've already recycled it a few times and have some of the Groupons!
Reminds me. . .I need to use some of those before it's too late.

Are businesses aware of the increasing "pending failure" stigma that groupon has?
Good sub shop. But an awful location.
Competition is healthy.

No worries, my wife and I like JJ's. Plus the one on Yale is about a mile from our house.

I saw the Jersey Mikes sign in the window in the now closed Cardigans at 111th & Memorial. That little place just cannot seem to hold a business. Hope it works out for them.
Here's a menu.

I hear there is a Buffalo Wild Wings coming in nearby as well.
I was talking to a friend of mine last night, apparantly there are going to be five Jersey Miikes opening in Tulsa - 111th Memorial, 71st and memorial, Tulsa Hills, Possibly Downtown and one other location he wasn't sure about..two different franchise owners...

I heard that as well. Someone I know mentioned a pad site in front of the Super Target at 101st as a possible location. Someone else mentioned the abandoned steak house, whatever it was, at 121st & Memorial as a possible site as well.

I think is was a Santa Fe steakhouse. It wasn't open very long at all, maybe a couple of months.

Bad feng shui.
I had a Jersey Mikes over the weekend while traveling, was between Ok and Good.

Am I wrong for thinking that having a "jersey Mikes" sounds similar to having a Montreal meatpie or an Alabama hot pocket? ;D Please do not google, take my word for it...
I imagine a store run by multiples of this guy:

Hit the Jersey Mike's at 111th & Memorial tonight. Got the Giant Italian (of course). Good place, will return. TONS of people working there and good crowd.
Went to the one in Norman on Friday for lunch. Pretty good as usual. Now I just gotta get to the Tulsa one.
Somewhere underneath this is an ashen spot of me after reading the previous two posts.

Softballs like that are just too easy - beneath my dignity - so I didn't say anything.
Ok, maybe I do indulge in those guilty pleasures just a little bit...sorry Conan!
