That's about the same as assuming Back Alley is a rip-off on Baby Back Ribs, or Back Alley BBQ in Dickson, Tn. or BackAlley BBQ & Grill in Beatrice, Nebraska. Or are you implying that behind the scenes the name of Back Alley BBQ in Tulsa was supposed to be anal humor and someone else stole it?

Back Alley Eatery in Nebraska was indeed open earlier. I just think its odd that two places named after their rear entrance open up within an hour and a half of each other.
