Title: Any suggestions on a cabin retreat? Post by: LeGenDz on June 01, 2014, 09:23:10 pm Does anyone know of some good spots to rent a cabin within about 2 hours from Tulsa? Most of what I see (near grand lake) is just houses one next to another or resorts. Kind of trying to find something a little more secluded and preferably near water but that's not a necessity.

If you like to Trout fish. Title: Re: Any suggestions on a cabin retreat? Post by: Conan71 on June 02, 2014, 07:48:41 am Doesn’t fit your criteria as it is a small resort, but I’ve had great experiences there in the past if you are looking for something different down the road:
http://thecanebrake.com Their cabins are really nice and the restaurant is excellent. Their Sunday brunch is always great. Title: Re: Any suggestions on a cabin retreat? Post by: RecycleMichael on June 02, 2014, 08:33:40 am These are three hours away but are owned by a friend and are awesome

Cabins aren't anything super special, but most are old WPA large stone things. $100/night ish. Title: Re: Any suggestions on a cabin retreat? Post by: Gaspar on June 02, 2014, 02:32:24 pm We do Greenleaf a couple time a year and MarVal a few times a year. Just came back from MarVal about a week ago. Caught some nice trout and the kids had a blast.
