What makes this restaurant unique: Interesting southern fare, semi-comfort/semi-upscale.

Tell us about your experience: Tried out Isla's for the first time Sunday night. Had the shrimp and grits. It's not quite as spicy or as good as Nola's, but a very close second. I feel they need more volume to the grits, but the shrimp and sauce were very tasty. Bartender was great and made a nice bourbon and soda. Restaurant seems nice and was surprisingly busy. Most of the entrees are in the $20-$30 range. There are some good looking sandwich options just under $20.

I enjoyed it and will definitely be back at some point.
