Title: 36N Project
Post by: shavethewhales on June 27, 2024, 09:54:02 AM
36N has finally broken ground. This will be over 500 units to replace Comanche park. https://www.kjrh.com/news/local-news/north-tulsas-been-under-resourced-affordable-housing-project-to-break-ground

Tulsa has definitely made some great strides with affordable housing lately. Between this and the West Tulsa redevelopment projects I believe we must have added around a 1,000 units in recent years. Western Supply will add some much needed workforce housing as well soon.

Huge project for the north side, one of the biggest investments there in decades.  I like this design better than River West.

This looks to be a really cool project.  Hopefully, it will spark some investment along the newly redesigned 36th Street North.

Looks like they have started on this.  At least there is a rather large structure under construction on the south side of 36th St N.  Is this part of this development or is this just something being done in conjunction with it?
