What is the legality of online-buying alcoholic beverages, like beer, that Oklahoma distributors dont want to carry?
I tried to buy a brand that I was able to get here in the past, and when it dried up, my sellers were told by the Oklahoma distributor that it was discontinued, which was a lie.
The last "reform" of the alcohol distributors didnt seem to accomplish much, IMHO.
Check with the brewery, they may have info on shipping to OK or a distributor in KS/MO/AR.

Waiting for a response...
There was a House Bill that just died that might have fixed this by allowing out-of-state distributors to sell in Oklahoma, but the in-state distributors didnt like the idea. The term "anti-competitive practices" comes to mind...
Did some looking and you can't ship beer in AZ. Wine and Spirits you can if they are from small batch 20,000 gallons or less annual production.
A Bourbon that I like isn't sold here, but I found a liquor store in San Diego that has a license to sell and ship to AZ so a couple of times a year I order one, cheaper than the drive over and back.
