This weekend is the big garden and art show at the Tulsa Garden Center called Garden Market.

As part of the event, there will be a judging of the best compost in Tulsa.
Gardeners are asked to enter a small sample of their compost in a bottom half of a gallon milk jug with a recipe card attached. There is a $1 fee per entry with proceeds going to education programs at the Garden Center.
The winners receive special small shovels with engraved plates and the admiration of every gardener in town.
