One thing I would like to point out on the rankings, in order to qualify (generally speaking) you have to be city with a rich population and no racial diversity.  

Tops:
Median Income of the city per household:  $80K (inflation adjusted)
Population:  ~28,000
Racial Diversity:  59.2

Tulsa:  50K
Population: 360K
Racial Diversity: 140.5

Good for Jenks.  But whomever draws up that list certainly only likes rich small cities full of white people...
