Title: rental rates at 21st and riverside

I have the opportunity to buy a condo near 21st and Riverside. Does anyone know what the typical rental rates are for this area? Assume one bedroom, all bills paid (gas, elec, cable, trash, water/sewer), complete remodel.

The ones at 15th and Riverside go anywhere from 89-110.

Oh sorry, rental rates, are various, 550 - 1300.  There is a two bed condo at 21st and Boston at the moment being advertised for 1350/mo and then at the end of the riverside the Victorian style townhomes go for 700-900.

Ya can also find stuff like that on line. Many real estate web sites will tell ya what homes near a address (that you type in) sell and/or rent for.
