Will be serving baked Salmon on cedar shingle as the main course. Need a really good sauce to go on that Salmon. Anyone have one to share that is relatively simple. Can make a simple zatziki with fresh yogurt or sour cream, diced red onion, fresh garlic, chopped fresh dill and diced fresh cucumber (remove the peel and seeds) salt and pepper.
Title: Baked Salmon surpirse Post by: Kashmir on October 25, 2007, 10:17:38 am I'm not a salmon fan, but my mother loves her grilled salmon with sweet chili garlic sauce, which you can buy at the Nam-Hai OR at SuperTarget by the ethnic foods. They warm it in a saucepan with a little bit of butter and drizzle it on the salmon. It is just a sweet, slightly spicy accent.
