Where is a good location for a wedding reception?

Help! I'm a recent returnee to Tulsa, and I've been asked to help find a good location in the Tulsa area for a wedding reception in several months.

The wedding involves a groom who grew up in Oklahoma City, but has lots of relatives and friends in Tulsa. He is now in graduate school on the West Coast. The bride is from Asia, but is now attending grad school in the US Midwest.

There will be two events: a formal wedding in Asia for her relatives and friends, and a reception in Tulsa for the Americans.

What I'm supposed to find is a good but affordable location that could accomodate about 80 people, with good food (probably a food bar).
