TTCU FRAUD WARNING

I'm with US Cellular and NOT with TTCU and I received it.  My wife received the same message, also with US Cellular.  Additionally, everyone of my wife's co-workers got the same message, all with various cell phone carriers.

Not sure how random this was.  Wouldn't there be some huge expense for sending out the text message?  Or perhaps, have a bunch of cellular companies had their info hacked?
