There is another project going in on Lewis in Kendall Whittier, I remember seeing it on the BOA agenda. I remember it was an office building and the developer wanted a parking variance (for less parking) which was granted.

Medex is the only other thing I know is going in.  It's going on the Southwest corner.

I found it

Phillip Doyle is the developer, the site is 7th and Lewis. Proposal is for office and mixed use. I can't find the mock ups though.
