I agree!  Now the only hurdle is selling it.  They probably need to advertise nationally.

Just found out last night at the HBA meeting that they have reduced the price by $100,000 in an effort to sell.  They are also listing the property on Craig's list.

In reaction to this some of the other loft developers are being forced to reduce their prices too.  That's unfortunate for the developers.

Unfortunate for developers, good for buyers.  I wonder what kind of profit margins they were looking at and what they're looking at now?  I'm not familiar with residential construction in this area.
