SHALOMFEST FROM NOON TO 5:00PM
Since 1994, Temple Israel has sponsored a one day festival called Shalomfest. This yearly event will take place on the Temple Israel grounds, just south of Utica Square.
We'll present traditional Jewish food, a variety of baked goods and entertainment. In addition we'll offer Judaica, crafts, books and other gift items.
For the children's enjoyment there will be a craft and play area!
We will offer tours of the Temple and an Israeli education room as well as show Jewish life cycle events, such as a Bar Mitzvah, a model Jewish wedding and more.

I've gone to this more than once. Great event.  Kudos on the community outreach and education effort.
