Television will change dramatically on February 17, 2009, when all full-power television stations across the country complete the federally mandated transition from analog to digital television (DTV) broadcasting. I havent been able to get my cox, sci-fi or BBC channel all week. HD or otherwise. Ugh. Wonder if it has something to do with the change over or them upgrading?
