Hadn't begun to look at costs (other than the paying of around $800K for the land appraised at $225K six months later as reported by FOX News yesterday). But, if one takes only the $4 Million State contribution, that comes to about $53,000 per unit. I'd suspect that of being about the average cost of a two-bedroom apartment in the commercial apartment sector.

How much were the donors contributing to this project?


Also, what is this $2 Million also stated to be for this project?
