Whiplash

I was wondering if anyone in here has had whiplash from a car wreck? I rearended someone and got whiplash and muscle bruising. I know the wreck was my fault. But I do have full coverage insurance. Shouldn't I receive a whiplash claim? Or not? I would appreciate any advice given. Thank You.
