now that is just oversaturation.  for a place that is more of a desination restaurant, you don't need or want that many in the area.  I detect FAIL.

I predict the one in Glenpool won't fail at that location.

Glenpool is booming. After a hundred years of resisting growth, the leadership there is now embracing it.
Power is nothing till you use it.

I do not think any of them will fail due to market conditions in Tulsa.  It all depends on how they do as a whole.  The Broken Arrow location does well and it will only get better as even more traffic comes to that part of town.  Glenpool will do well and we will have to see how the market reacts to the Bixby location.

I'm not sure what kind of floors Santa Fe and Road house have, but when I was a kid growing up in West Texas there were a few of the really old steak houses where people could throw peanuts on the floor. It goes back to the Old West days. The oil from the shells and nuts help to keep hardwood floors nice and shiny.

The two in Ardmore and in Ada are so packed up with people it is hard to see the floor.  It was a 1/2 hour wait last time I stopped in Ardmore, but well worth the time.

All their places have a Big donkey Ceiling Fan that will blow a cowboy hat right off a cowboys head.
