Staff companies for mechanics/maintenance ?

Have a friend who would like to have a company find him his next place of employment.  Yeah, I know... another hand in the pie.

Anyway, he worked as an aviation inspector for AA for 25+ years.  

So what are some good mechanic type staff companies?

All the staffing companies have hit a slow patch.  I know I work for one.

Oh, I have been working in the staffing industry in Tulsa for 20 years so I know the lay of the land pretty well.
