It is my understanding that this zoning change was actually a result of yes, another task force, initiated by citizens in the 71st and Lewis area.

I also believe that this was championed by Westcott.

This was not a White City request.

The majority of the posts I've seen about White City on this thread is "don't blame us" and I had a hard time finding anyone who said you did.
