Does anyone know how to get in touch with an organization that feeds homeless folks at the 11th street bridge (Southwest Boulevard) and Riverside Drive?  The name on their van was "Search and Rescue Mission". I have no complaint with them parking near the homeless staging areas and feeding hungry folks. The problem is that the homeless guys then walk down into the brush along the river bank to eat their dinner and promptly throw their trash into the river. Tonite there was a long trail of foam cups, bags, and plastic bottles bobbing their way down towards the rowing crew dock. It then collects along the banks and seems to stay forever.

The fishermen also throw their beer cans, bait boxes and foam ice coolers into the river. Its just dang nasty.
