Urban Tulsa has had ads for "Il Bacio" for about a month or so now...

My question:  Is this formerly the spot of Oliveto, or is Oliveto still open?

Same corner, different place. Oliveto is still (surprisingly) open.

Why surprisingly? I've been meaning to get over there at some point but that's quite a trek from Owasso.  Is it poor service and food?
