Well, well, well, what have we here?

Our favorite crony judge of the local ruling power Oligarchy is up for RETENTION on the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals.

Remember dear Judge Jane P. Wiseman?

She's the crony judge that took all of FIVE minutes to rule that a LOG-ROLLED Vision 2025 election ballot was in fact NOT a LOG-ROLLED ballot.

Yes, it took her all of FIVE minutes to rule that it was perfectly legal to sugar-coat RAT POISON, despite our State Constitution prohibition on the age-old political practice of Log-Rolling.

Despite dear Judge Jane Wiseman having ruled eight years earlier that the 1995 Tulsa County Jail tax ballot, which combined disparate ballot issues into one ballot, was in fact a LOG-ROLLED Ballot, and she threw it OUT as ILLEGAL.

Yet, when the local power ruling Oligarchy maneuvered former City Councilor Todd Houston's lawsuit in front of their crony Judge Jane P. Wiseman, she took all of FIVE minutes to overrule the legal arguments of former U.S. Attorney Gary Richardson that the Vision 2025 log-rolled ballot was illegal.

After all, what does a former U.S. Attorney know about the law.

The LAW?

THE LAW?

There is NO law in Tulsa County District Court.

There is only a CRONY JUDGE expectorating what she says is The Law.

No Problemo, Amigo.

Guess she was tired of being merely a state District Court Judge.

Her Reward?

Oh, yes.......her REWARD.

Wait for it......

Here it comes.................

Of course.  A REWARD for services rendered to the local ruling power Oligarchy.

Shortly thereafter, she was selected for a promotion to the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals.

For "Services" rendered to the local ruling power oligarchy.

Just a coincidence, comrade.

This crony judge of the local ruling power establishment needs to be RETIRED.

Vote NO to her retention.

NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO.  And, NO.

She's political hack, and Oklahoma voters need to clear their afflicted throat of the vile phlegm we're afflicted with.

Good-bye dear Judge Jane P. Wiseman......

Excuse me while I expectorate your judicial career.

Enjoy your Retirement.

If dear Judge Jane P. Wiseman had possessed one iota of integrity, the Tulsa County voters would NEVER have been able to vote on a LOG-ROLLED Ballot.

The state constitution PROHIBITS disparate ballot issues from being COMBINED into one ballot.

That's sugar-coating RAT-POISON.

And, because of the FIVE MINUTE deliberation by the crony Judge Jane P. Wiseman, the Tulsa County Voters swallowed it hook-line-and-sinker.  With a little assistance from $1,000,000 in spending by the Vote YES Tax Vampires, including in-kind campaign contributions from their dear friends at Coks Cable and the Lortons World.

We get to keep digesting it for the next 8.5 years.......

ENJOY the heartburn.

Poor, poor bear.

The Tulsa County Election Board, controlled by former Tulsa County Commissioner Dirty Bob Dick and his thuggish sidekick Dilbert Collins, ruled that the Vision 2025 vote passed:  By SIXTY percent.

Believe it if you want.......

It's all about JOBS! (For illegal aliens).

And, incidentally, lining the pockets of the Flint and Rooney Oligarch Familias, to the sweet tune of $200,000,000.

And, they REALLY appreciate it.

So much, that the Rooney Looney Tune Familia is going to build a redundant $20 million AA baseball stadium for only $30 million (plus-plus).

With a few crumbs tossed to the Lorton and Kaiser Banking empires for the bond underwriting.

At a NON-COMPETITIVE bid, of course, a la John Piercey.

That's the Tulsa Tradition.

Ain't democracy great??

Well, for a Few.  Beside, 180' Yachts cost a BUNCH of money to operate.

Never mind the island in the Caribbean.  Lots of overhead.

No, they aren't black.

Don't the Warrens and their connected cronies move around Tulsa in the St. Francis LIFE-FLIGHT helicopters, getting airlifted to their private jets at Tulsa International and Jenks Riverside Airport?

And, billing Medicare for the costs??

Oh, you bad boys............!

Ooops!

EACH offense is subject to a Federal Offense of FIVE years in Prison!

Look at the bright side FB.  You have a nice bright arena to perform at in a few weeks.  You will get to poop on near new sidewalks and not tramp across worn pavement other animals have pooped on before.

It's win-win in the bear world.

Gee, how clever.

But, sorry to disappoint, I haven't found a venue at the Arena that I've been interested in buying a ticket for.

Any bear tracks thereabouts belong to my kin.

Sorry, but Lawrence Welk is dead.

Gold

So glad that FB is gone.  Judge Wiseman is one of our best legal minds and best people.  FB's attacks are some of the most ridiculous things I've ever read and his absence from this forum will immensely improve the discourse.
