Sometimes it takes looking at something from the outside to see the wonder of it.  Was cruisin around the net and came across this guys flickr page.  He has photo's from what seems to be everywere.  The Tulsa page really gives us a new shine.  He has other Tulsa photos in other sets as well.

Though, I wish there was a short writeup on the city in general.  I love reading outsiders perspectives.

The photographer is an architectural historian who travels for work and takes pictures on the side.

They've included lots of details/comments about the photos (when a building was built, who designed it, etc).  And they're trying to link to National Register numbers if the building is on the National Register.  Nice.

It's also cool to read the appreciative comments posted by other flickr users about Tulsa's gems.  (Some of which are underappreciated here!)

Can anyone find a night time picture of downtown with the BOK in it ?
