Funny thing:  the ref in the above game is the son of Don 'go eat a donut' Koharsky.  Confused by the reference?  Watch this from 1988 and you won't be.  He's officiating a playoff game between Boston and the New Jersey Devils when Devils coach Jim Schoenfeld

Back in the 70's when Ray Miron was coach of the Oiler's, he went into a rage one night in a game I think against the Blazers in which he went off on the ref and basically threw everything fro the bench onto the ice, all the extra sticks, towels, water bottles, the only thing he  didn't throw was a player or the actuall bench. I think he wound up with being ejected, 2 gross misconducts and a 10 minute misconduct.
