Well it's been since January, plenty of time for everyone to have forgotten about it...

So it will be on the table again April 21

The proposal exempts many signs from the permitting process, strikes language limiting sign brightness at night,  permits animated graphics (like explosions, strobing), and allows lengthy violation grace periods for non-conforming signs.

And no, they didnt fix the typo in the brightness (is it 300 or 500 nits?)
