Did you watch the long version of the Reuters story ?
They turn around and blow up a building and right before they do it, A man is walking on the sidewalk right when the building explodes beside him.
It's no shock that this kind of thing does take place. It is War after all.
I still cant believe that it is this difficult to defeat a Country the size of California.
