Ammonium nitrate on IDL

A truck driver was going too fast when his truck overturned on a ramp near downtown, spilling ammonium nitrate all over the road.  One local talking head wanted to know if there was a danger of explosion.  I'd suspect that without a nearby overturned diesel tanker, some powdered aluminum, and a detonator, downtown Tulsa is relatively safe.  I wouldn't want to inhale any of the dust, however.

What? A roving bandof Tea Partiers didn't show up with concealed weapons and extra fanny-packs?!?

Fixed again.

I'd be willing to bet that over 20% of Tea Partiers have conceal and carry permits.  The only reason anyone carries a fanny pack any more is to hide a weapon, and many are specifically designed for this with Velcro side flaps.  In most of the Tea Party videos I've seen, there is a plethora of fanny packs.  :o

If it's all that alarming then perhaps the weather people can go back into panic mode and warn everyone of the dangers about.
