Old Blue Cross/Blue Shield building

I used to work in that building and they said that sign used to turn.  It was right above the executives and it made a bunch of noise so it didn't last long before they shut it down.  The first 3 floors are very old and then they added the 9 floors above it later.  They spent a fortune on network cabling before selling it and moving.
