I had the pleasure of meeting this young lady and her beautiful family at one of our local BBQ festivals.  She set out on a quest this year to eat her way around the world by fixing a meal each evening using a recipe and ingredients from another country.  Sometimes it seems like she is eating food from another world!

She photographs and blogs her experience daily, and posts the recipes.  Her blog is great!
