My Prop tax check hasn't cleared!

I mailed my Tulsa County property tax check from my home in Jenks around 12/22 and it hasn't cleared my bank yet.  The treasurers office said it would have gone to a lockbox and should have cleared by now, but the customer service lady at by bank said that her payment also took about 2 weeks to clear and she had taken hers in person. 

Has anyone else seen their property tax checks take forever to clear the bank?
