Just wait until it is needles poking you in the eye!  Best of all possible worlds!
And knives - what fun!!  Small knives, but good and sharp.

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

Do they knock you out for this procedure ?
Cause there is no way I could lay there all Clockwork Orange like, while a laser or knife is cutting the flaps on my bulbs.

Valium.
Make sure they give it to you right away, because I had one procedure where they waited till the last minute and I had to inform the surgeon.
They do use the Clockwork Orange thingies, and I was tempted to try and sing "song of joy" in German...

I rank having things put in my eyes right up there to being poked with needles.  That's the reason I can't er don't wear contacts.

Conan. I am right there with ya brutha. I cannot put anything in my eyes either. Glasses are so much easier to take off. Plus if I drop them, I can find them pretty quick.
Changing opinions one mistake at a time.

Contacts for over twenty years.  I could battle the three stooges easy with the whole fingers in the eyes thing.

I also have the fear of being awake and hearing the Doc say something to the likes of.....Opps, thats the first time Ive seen that happen. Can ya see me now ? Can ya see me now ?
Oh noooo. The one sense I will not let go of is eye sight. You can have my smell and even taste, hell I'll give up touch even. Sight and Hearing are 1 and 2 in my books.

Silly Rabbit, docs don't say "oops". They say "Well There".
