I think they are looking at the old State Farm place on NW corner of 61st and Aspen.  South of the hotel.  East of the other hotel.  West side of street from Bill and Ruth's.

There is a zoning sign on the property now.

It would be good to get away from where they are now - it is horrible with all the traffic now existing in the area.  20 years ago, no big deal.
