Doing some research I came across this website:

It shows all the land in the area, the zoning, information about the buildings, etc.  Tulsa has a similar service, but this website is Sim City easy.  Found it very user friendly for investors, business looking to move to OKC, or people looking to build.

Very cool. Beats going down to the county recorders office...or whatever it is.
