JP Morgan Chase Bank is just south across the storm sewer from the new MidFirst.

  Shame they are tearing it down.  I always looked at that building and thought it looked very quality, well built and proportioned, kind of looked "rich".  Oh well.

The new Midfirst location will give them minimal exposure as they escape back to Southern Hills bar though.

I thought so too. However, its interior and traffic flow may not have been very up to date.

The interior of that building was terrible.  Very dark cramped hallways.  Class B space at best.
