It's Back! It appears that Councilor Baker has finally seen fit to place this on the City Council Agenda on June 9 after letting it linger in limbo for months. Just to refresh everyone's memory this has to do with the TMAPC's ruling to remove HP zoning from this property against the reccomendations of the Historical Preservation Commission to leave the HP zoning in place. Hopefully one of the moderators can pull up some of the old posts on this topic to provide more complete background info. Please e-mail or call your Councilor and ask them to deny this request for removal. The integrity of one of the oldest Neighborhoods in Tulsa is at stake.
