What are they?

One of our installers travels past I-44 and Lewis quite a bit and asked me what I thought the pillars they are putting in there are? I have no idea what he is talking about since I haven't traveled that way in some time. So I told him that I would ask the all knowing TNF cast of characters. He said that they have a Native American theme and he thought that glass was going to be put in them also. So guys. What is he talking about

They are ART DECO! themed.

Oh, and before everyone jumps on me, yes I know that Art Deco borrowed a lot from Native American themes, but there aren't really any of those particular "themes" or "memes" with these.
