Cheap Used Lawn Mower

Anyone know of a place in Tulsa that sells cheap used lawnmowers? I bought one from a neighbor back in 2010 for $35.00 and it always worked fine up till this past weekend when it would not start, it has good spark but must not be getting fuel, or it has a vacuum leak. It's not worth fussing with. Anyone have a used mower they wanna sell?

There's a guy in a neighborhood I frequent who I know for a fact is a small engine rebuilder and all summer long he rebuilds and resells lawn mowers.  I've heard prices as low as 30 bucks.

He's at about the 500 blk of S 91st East Ave.  West side of the street.  During the day you can't miss him, he'll have no less than three mowers at the end of his driveway.
