Why does he always have the same look on his face? It's a cross between surprise and constipation.

Probably trying to figure out how to stay funded.
Since the state narcotics bureaucracy (OBNDD) now does human trafficking,

maybe ABLE could get further into coin-operated machine crime?

I was stationed at NAS Oceana (Va Beach, VA) in the mid 70s.  Whenever I came home on leave, I was always asked to bring back some Coors.

Toured the birthplace a few months ago up in Golden.  I like the Banquet at normal strength. They had a few others i've never heard of or seen that were quite nice too.  One was an answer to Boulevard's Tank 7.  It was a really nice high-point, but much like Tank, if you drink too much you get the green-apple smoots.

The one I liked the most was their new Batch 19.  Brought back a couple cases.

From now on I'm going to call that "Taking a Smoot"

He's crediting himself with not being able to find a Tulsa State Fair vendor willing to sell to an undercover 20yo.
Meanwhile, TCSO had arrested how many carnies by now last year?

I was wondering why the plague hasn't come this year.  A 20 year old isn't getting drinks!

We didn't have time to tour the brewery when we were there in August, instead we enjoyed a couple of cold banquets and Colorado Native a couple of blocks away from the mothership.

I'm not real sure what or who the BDO is. But it looks like Anheuser Busch has had their fill of them. Five States have this backward 3.2 Beer Law and It looks like we are inching closer to getting that changed. I'm tellin ya. If this happens. I may have to come out of retirement.

"Anheuser-Busch would like to see cold, single-strength beer available to consumers in Oklahoma."
This is a complete reversal of the position they have held for decades, where their low-point product was believed to increase consumption.

Maybe now they will also cut loose the myth that marijuana legalization kills beer sales (now that there is ample evidence to the contrary) and stop bankrolling the efforts to thwart reforms.

The legalization of medical marijuana has helped beer sales, contrary to previous research that pointed to a decline, according to a note from Sanford C. Bernstein analyst Trevor Stirling. Recreational pot use in Colorado and Washington, the two states where it's legal, has so far not had a "significant impact" on beer, he said.
The research could relieve one concern for beermakers Anheuser-Busch InBev NV and SABMiller Plc, which have seen U.S. volume decline over the past five years due to high unemployment and a shift to spirits like bourbon and gin.

One brewer, Oskar Blues Brewing Co. of North Carolina, indicates on some of its beer cans where they might be punctured in order to turn the can into a bong.
