The legislators provided for the establishing of funds for Charter Schools by per student funding equal to the public school.   As the students are sent to the Charter Schools for their academic curriculum the schools seem to be seeking the brighter of the students.    This has become controversial as some are saying that they are showing an increase in academic scores by this selective method.   Also by the elimination of sports, which is a budget drain, they are depriving the students of the spirit of their school.  The system was installed in Germany and Italy as well as other countries that advanced in the sciences prior to WWll.   These Charter Schools may turn out future leaders in science and medicine as well as other fields in the world of tomorrow.   The great stadiums, built by Rome for sports, have returned to the dust as well as the Roman Empire.

Should we require these Charter schools to include a full sports program with a stadium?

Should we stop the selective acquisitioning of Charter school students?

Is it fair to have a double standard when both Charter Schools and Public Schools are funded from the same tax sources?
