Kurt Michael Friese, Slow Food USA Board of Governors, is completing his book entitled "Slow Food in the Heartland - A Cook's Tour."

He has requested the names, addresses, phones and website info of FARMERS, ARTISANS, RESTAURANTS, and MARKETS in our area who are living the "Slow Food ideals" (see below).

If you or someone you know has a farm or business whose practices fit with the Slow Food mission and values, please post or submit their contact information by Monday, August 15th.  Submit to info@slowfoodtulsa.com.  Please include 1 or 2 sentences as to why they are "Slow Food" people... how they are living the Slow Food ideals.
