How conservative is Tulsa? (Cali poll decides)

I was checking the news websites. Found this to be an interesting article. It came to me as no surprise that we were one of the most conservative... however, I thought we were going to be higher ranked than 27th (you know, say in the top 10). Besides which, OKC was more conservative. I wonder what they are looking at?
